RedJerk respects intellectual-property rights and responds to properly submitted copyright notices. The website is designed as an adult-video discovery and indexing service. Videos, previews, thumbnails and destination pages may be supplied, hosted or controlled by independent third-party providers.

Where appropriate, RedJerk may remove or disable access to the relevant listing and may forward the notice to the applicable content provider. Because many outbound video pages are controlled by third parties, removal from RedJerk does not necessarily remove the material from the original provider.
